Myotherapy treatment applies a rang of modalities and evidence - informed knowledge to support client outcomes, with a focus on supporting self- management.
Qualified practitioners use clinical reasoning, manual hands - on therapy, problem solving and planning skills to design and implement treatment and management programs specific to client needs and health outcomes.
Treatment applications may include, however are not limited to, dry needling, exercise and rehabilitation planning, massage therapy, Myofascial cupping, joint mobilisation and much more.

My name is Louise but most people call me Lou.
I have 3 gorgeous children, Ivy, Elijah,and Oliver who keep me on my toes 😝.
I have been a Clinical Myotherapist for 12 years.
I’ve run my own practice for 10 years and love it.
I talk A-LOT during your treatment, so be prepared.
I’ve been involved treating at lots of sporting clubs, professional and non professional.
I’m stronger then I look in the treatment room… so don’t be fooled!!
I’m OBSESSED with going to the gym
My husband Michael and I LoVE whisky and are part of a whisky club 🥃
